Infinitesimal brings together a series of compositions that explore ways of observing and relating to microplastics as dispersed matter.

From fragments collected in different environments, the work draws on methodologies close to archaeology to approach them as vestiges of the present. Through processes that integrate weaving on paper, the materials are reorganised into structures that simplify and condense their complexity.

The pieces propose an approach to scales that are difficult to grasp, where the micro and the macro, the individual and the systemic intersect, making visible a minimal portion of a phenomenon that exceeds our perception.
